(2) As noted in the introduction to this module, the U.S. provides much less protection to non-union workers than most other advanced industrialized countries. On the other hand, those few workers who are successful when they sue their company may “strike it rich” compared to workers in other countries. Which is more preferable, the U.S. system, or the alternative with greater protection but smaller “payouts?” Whatever your position, argue why it is right.
