The picture by Michelangelo of “David” sitting in front of Palazzo Vecchio depicted the Greek culture, the present day, South Italy, Apulia and it is pegged to have been used between 340-330 B.C. The vase was attributed to the Metope Group.
The burial ceremonies of the Greek nobles in South Italy were the reasons why these types of red-figure ceramic vase were designed (Jasper, 2006). The Greek potters reflected the scenes of funerary ceremonies on the vases by using fans and also offering cups.
I come from Florence. I am enthusiastic to put the “palazzo Vecchio” in my building. This is attributed by the fact that I love all the “Medici” Art and that particular historical period.I also love marble and Michelangelo.
