1. SWOT Analysis according to the athlete’s previous diet (word document).
2. Plan a two day diet plan for the athlete according to his activity level and personal information (on https://www.supertracker.usda.gov.).
Once you logged in, and finished two day diet. Go to “My Report” and make sure you meet every nutrition goals.
