a. What are the issue’s (the one issue you chose from above) key factors and how is it conceptualised as a social issue? Why is this issue important? (think about historical factors that led to policy eg. Social security&wage growth).
b. Consider what governments and TSOs (Third Sector Organisations ie. non government organisations, voluntary and community organisations, charities, social enterprises etc) are doing about the issue? How do their approaches compare and contrast?
c. How do the government and TSO actions link with concepts of universal and residual welfare, human rights and social justice?
d. What do you think are the implications for your Social Work practice in the human services, ?
