- What problems with the original document motivated the adoption of the Bill of Rights?
- What have been the effects of the Bill of Rights?

- Thirteenth through Fifteenth Amendments
- Twelfth, Twenty-Second, and Twenty-Fifth Amendments
- What have been the effects of these later amendments?
