As a professional conference organiser (PCO) you are to create a budget proposal for the event proposed in Assignment one (please refer to assignment case study attached)
The budget must show – Estimates for all items of expenditure. Estimates of income from all sources. A break even figure per attendee. An attendee registration fee.
The budget should be presented as a line budget with each element’s costing shown. Calculation for each element must be shown as an appendix. Brief explanations and justifications to be provided.
