Introduction
The bureaucratic form of organizations will never cease to exist; one must first understand what it is and what it entails so as to be able to understand it better. Bureaucracy is an aspect that brings to the fore front a new form of human beings. The relations established between people is now transforming into a control relation, the initial belief or trends that were in every human being are now being replaced by the technical aspect, this may be either in relation to administration or production. The new human being that is being developed is one that is rational and not capable to be driven by emotions and will. Language was a means that was employed to bring communication an instance like an organization is now busy transforming into a single mode of communication, otherwise known as a command. Diverting into the political aspect of life, the politician’s way of handling the people’s social matters, otherwise the application of democracy is substituted with the concept of administration.
The time for bureaucratic hand in the organizations has come in the new age, it does march with reality. It application in organizations is more rapidly seen as a threat to humanity. The new players in the bureaucratic arena are strongly advised of the experience of having to change their initial path of orientations to a new path that will transform them into among the severely criticized jobholders in the world.
Workers under such schemes of bureaucracy adhere to being dedicated to more to their work and less to their pay checks, just as the government jobs. The workers are increasingly skilled, unimaginative, security seeking followers of this concept. According to Max Weber, he used the term “bureaucracy” as the shorter hand of the modern enterprises whether they are public or privately owned as well as business and the industrial corporations in addition to public service agencies that are arranged in order of their rationalized principles of modernity. A contrast between those applying this concept and those not applying the same concept is that those that are applying this concept are far more successful in the sense that they two forms of lives are radically different in the society as well as the pressures that come with bureaucracy in the social, cultural, psychological, linguistic among others will ultimately shape what consequently he or she will become.
Those that do not understand bureaucracy belief that it socially applies on people, culturally there is in relation to same things as we do like justice, love, violence and death. Psychologically they are humans; politically it is a service institution that is accountable to the society as a whole. Contrastingly, it is aimed at control and efficiency, it is a new personality that is headless and soulless that is a tendency forced on bureaucratic life as opposed to the features or attributes of the individuals, they aim to model and inform as opposed to passing communication; they work just as computers do. Bureaucracy is a managed institution that is more and more taking over the control of the social, political aspect as well as the government as a whole.
Not a single person can deny the achievements of such an approach in the modern world. The new players in such a trend or outside players ought to know and grasp the contrast from the normally and ordinary life. Organizations of this trend ought to know the desires which are quite strong that organizations require out of them, they have to learn the requirement needed from them by the bureaucratic frame works.
Conclusion
There is ultimately a difference between the social life and the bureaucratic aspect of life; that is socially, culturally, psychologically, linguistic and politically. The condemnation attributed to bureaucracy life is therefore unjust and should be seen in a different manner.
