Elias asserts that there has been much suspicion on whether Palestine is viable in its economical performance. Viability represents the ability of a country to achieve development and growth in its activities. He states that the viability of country is what determines whether a project will be successful in a country. Consequently, the success of any program will highly depend on the viability of the country. Elisa goes on to illustrate the ability of the Palestine country to achieve economic viability. The information about viability helps in determining the ability of the country to support a project.

The global finance shows the GDP data and the GDP forecast for the Kuwait. It shows that the international reserve of the country reaches US$ 202.166 billion while the GDP (purchasing power parity) is $165.665 billion international dollars. The global finance also shows that the country has witnessed an increase in their real GDP growth from 2001 (0.7%) to 2005 (10.4%) while it has been fluctuatin from 2006 to 2012. Consequently, the global finance shows that the country is instable in terms of growth. The fluctuation shows that the country may not be such stable for the adoption of such project. However, the GDP per capita (US$53,419) and GDP per capita ($43,774) shows that the country have enough resources to support its projects. The GDP forecast and data is important in illustrating the economic status of the country that in turn will help in determining the capability of the country to support the scholarship project.

Renault illustrates on the importance of SWOT analysis for any project that an individual would like drive. He asserts the inevitability of the SWOT analysis for any project come when there is need for the project owners to be aware of their situation. It is crucial for the owners to determine their situation so that they can apply the correct measures that would make them relevant to the goal of the project. The SWOT analysis also helps the project owners to determine new possibilities for achieving the projects aim. Further, the SWOT helps in making decisions, determine possible changes and adjust the plans.

The project planning enables the project managers to determine in prior the requirement of the project. Further, the authors assert that the project planning allows the managers to make crucial changes to the benefit of the project. This arises because the managers are aware of every dimension of the project through planning.

Ramsey illustrates on the importance of SMART model for every project especially for the need of setting goals. The SMART provides the better way of making the goal setting to be simple. The goal setting is crucial for every project; therefore, project developers will need a way of achieving the effective objectives for achieving the aims. The SMART has it that the goals should be Specific, Measurable, Action oriented, Realistic and Time oriented. All these are elements of a successful goal setting.

Denis et al asserts about the need for feasibility analysis in starting a project. The authors assert that the feasibility analysis will help the project owners to determine whether they should continue with a project. The project owners would have to identify the risk that may accompany the project and whether they the business owners would need solve after approving the project. The feasibility analysis works well in determining the risk since it involves studying the sociological, technical, environmental, economical, political and legal factors. The feasibility analysis is crucial to the project owners because it helps them in coming up with a project that would not fail in future.
