You are required to produce a portfolio – in report format – analysing the key functional aspects of a specific business organisation.
The maximum number of words is 3,000.
The specific outcomes required are-
- You should describe the role of the key functional areas of marketing, operations, finance, and HRM within the organisation.
- You should examine any inter-relationships there may be between key organisational functions.
- You should define the key current organisational issues for the business, for instance: business ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Legislation.
- You should evaluate how these issues impact upon the marketing, advertising and public relations of the business, and how successfully they have been solved.
The work should be presented in report format, in appropriate language, with any necessary data, charts, diagrams etc included, appropriately referenced, and with a maximum of 3,000 words.
