The paper must address the following four concepts in Business Law: attorney client privilege, legal work status of employees and enforcement of labor laws, difference between civil and criminal law, and contracts between parties and how there has to be an agreement and exchange of things in value.The paper must have introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement. Each of the four categories need to provide detailed concept with referenced resources to validate information. The paper must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph. Will need cover page and reference page along with 8 pages in the body of the paper.
