Can a Continuous Service Readiness program focused on patient pain assessment/reassessment increase a hospital’s HCAHPS pain scores and ensure that nurses assess and reassess their patients’ pain?

I need to complete a Summary of Primary Sources of Evidence table. There need to be at least 10 primary research articles and/or systematic reviews on the chart. The resources should be related to my topic. All citations must be in APA format. I have attached the table that needs to be completed.
