You have to write two reports one is an interim report relating to a particular situation (tm05). Then you will write the main report which is called EMA .You must read the guidance for the Ema before you start you TMA05. You outline some of the issues in tm05 that you will explore further in the main report, which will make up your EMA.Im going to attach two files which is sample report for tm05 and specimen report for EMA. You Must read attached file TM05 for guidance and EMA guidance .please read the attached sample report file for tm05 and specimen report attached file .These reports are referred to in Blocks 5 and 6 respectively. They provide examples of how to approach and format TMA 05 and the EMA. They are for demonstration only and text should not be copied from them into your own report. Attempts to do so will be counted as plagiarism.
To fully demonstrate the skills required you need to draw your own graphs and charts from relevant statistics. You then need to make sure that the statistics you have used are included in an appendix – if you look at the TMA5 sample report you can see how this is done.
