Based on class discussion and the readings, the student will define the most significant challenge facing economic of a specific geographical area of the developing world. The paper will include justification of this as the most significant challenge, the possible response to the challenge, the effects of those responses on the countries of the area, and a recommendation on a practical course of action. . On 5/28/15 both final paper and the paper outline is due, 7-10 pages including the preliminary and References pages.
