Child development
- Describe the child development stages from the early years to the primary years.
What influence do these stages have on the children?
- What went well
The group members showed a great deal of cooperation and the relations were. These great relations were vital to effective incident controlling. They similarly were able to be initiative and resourceful as the group discussion was underway. Initiative was necessary in the discussion and the member did a good work with the resources they were accorded. The willingness of the members to give up some of their time was quite commendable and significant to the group.
- What the group could improve on
In commending the group members for the dedication and giving up some of their valuable time. I would call up them to be keen in process of the discussion. As some little details were missing or not well handled. With better planning, the group would be able to more efficiently work on the discussion question.
The group discussion called for care to be taken concerning the areas of discussion. It required extensive analytical ability to evaluate the areas and present them for the others to discuss. What should be of keen consideration is that should be no logical inconsistency in what is presented to the group.
The group should be in a good position to accept divergent views from the other members of the group as the essence of a group discussion is to get new and varied views which would build the discussion.
- As a facilitator I was able to bring everyone on board and allocate everyone an opportunity to contributing to the discussion. A favorable for the members and enough time for the discussion was allocated in agreement with all group members. With proper management of the activities in the discussion, it was generally a success.
