Firstly, I would like for you to read the outline that I will upload at least 3 times so that you are completely familiar with what is expected by my professor – I will be posting this project guide handed by our professor, which explains the exact steps of what needs to be done.
***Instructions tied with my group: My group and I decided to open Chipotle in Dubai, UAE. Considering this business decision – we must now evaluate the ways to enter the Dubai market, ensuring success. The objective is to provide credible data on how Chipotle will enter Dubai (a foreign market)
I am responsible for the following sections, found in the suggested outline:
• Section VI – Competition
• Section IX – Political-Legal environment
• Section X – Company structure
• Section XIII – Product and Target Market Planning
Each section is a heading in the outline, and is explained further in the outline – please make sure you cover each aspect of the section
These are the (4) areas of the project that I am responsible for. Please make use of as many credible sources as possible to support any argument/decision made. You will need to look into two completely different views: the first being Chipotle as a company, and the second will be regarding the locals of Dubai as well as its culture and policies.
