Short Essays: Each student is required to write two short essay papers (no more than 3 pages long, but no less than 2 pages long, double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font. You must choose a current issue in organizational leadership from featured news stories, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc., and incorporate a discussion of the core concepts discussed in class. The goal is to apply abstract concepts and theories to real world organizational leadership events.
