The goal of the policy paper is to present, analyze, and evaluate one European Union policy which I have chosen to be (CAP) Common Agricultural Policy. I have included pictures of the instructions and the rubric.
For the sources at least 3 have to be from books or scholarly journals or websites, which you might be able to find through google scholarly search or from a search engine you know of. A scholarly website could also be the official EU website as well
At least 1 more source needs to be from EU documentation

At this link http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/cap-post-2013/legislation/index_en.htm is where you will CAP regulation links. The links included on this webpage will allow you to go to EU documentation that is required as a source or sources depending on how many you use. These link (Rural Development, “Horizontal” Issues, Direct Payments, Market Measures, Smooth transition) will provide you with a lot of the information needed for the policy description section of the instructions and all of the EU documentation section of the instructions. These links are also apart of the EurLex European document database so these should be your primary sources for the EU documentation section. Also I skimmed some of the Rural development link and I found the mission, objectives of CAP which is a question for the policy description.
Im not sure what scholarly journals or books you will use, but refer back to the instructions for literature review section.
In instructions where it says policy description it asks what is the main EU institution important for this policy, it is the EU Commission, EU Parliament, and EU Member States Agriculture Ministers.
So based off of the links alone that I’ve provided and whatever 3 or more scholarly books or journals you use I believe you will have plenty of info to go off of.
