Introduction

The business in question involves painting several buildings that are giving a poor picture of the streets. To start this business money has to be raised to buy several things among them paints, clothes, brushes, ladders among other equipments. Several steps will be involved to undertake this project as stated below;

  1. Planning and Sourcing

Initial Plan and On-going Diary

It is quite important to have a view of the project’s approach, time period, and effort to apply and cost so as to successfully perform this task. The shape of the project should be of consideration; this involves the varied forms of aspects structuring and their correlation. The method applied to different businesses may vary, that is the number of phases involved, the size of each phase, and the types of phases involved like waterfall, overlapping or iterative phases. What follows is the explanation of the shape described; this may involve the use of graphical representation. The phases involved are handled in a detailed manner for easy understanding of the project.

The initial project plan takes into place several tasks among them, identifying and documenting the stakeholders’ involvement, the advancing of a communications plan and the compilation of the relevant information to present the initial plan of the project.

In this project the stakeholders involved are the suppliers of the paints and brushes and the relevant equipments, there is also the steering committee which is composed of the four members. There are also other agencies like the department of community service, the Enterprise Scheme’s Finance Committee and the local government.

Communication in the project implementation is bi-directional. The members and the stakeholders are meant to communicate concerning the requirements and how to put them to work in an efficient manner that will not be too expensive. The information is recorded in a formal document, the project manager then passes the information expected to be received to the relevant groups and records them in a plan.

Efforts have been made to try and acquire support from other sectors of the society and the public at large. With the support of the bank to facilitate a loan we aim to provide a clean and neat environment. We are currently in possession of a credit card which offers 0% interest on every new purchase we make. In relation to records my credit history is clean.
