They include nurse home visiting programs, community nursing centers, public health departments, and home education, and community education. In 2 pages, please discuss these facilities in your community as well as access to these resources. For each resource be sure to include how families in the community benefit. Assignment should include a minimum of 3 professional references. One reference may be your text book. One must be a refereed journal article , and the other may come from a professional website.
