Total of the calories requirements of the meal (LIPIDS 20-35%, PROTEIN 10-30%, CARB 45-65%) We need to add all the fats, then multiply by 9 and get the percentage of LIPIDS, same thing with PROTEIN AND CARBS but it has to be multiplied by 4.
