Complete the market audit of your chosen organization/brand and, on the basis of this strategic analysis, they should identify proposed marketing decisions. (Your analysis is likely to have identified several possible courses of action and several possible marketing decisions). In order to assess the feasibility of these proposed decisions you need to evaluate them from a market, customer and economic perspective. You do NOT have to write a full marketing plan or but your report will be used by the marketing strategy team to develop a final marketing plan.
