CONTRACT BETWEEN SAINT PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOL INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 125 AND LOCAL UNION 844 DISTRICT COUNCIL 14 OF THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES

Article 10 of the contract (Saint Paul Public School, 2000) has sufficiently addressed the issues associated with wages. Also, under this article, the employer, Saint Paul Public School, has been given the right of not being precluded from re-organizing, abolishing classification and establishing a new one, regarding classification and re-classifying position in the title and grade system of employees and salary classification provided by the attached appendices A,B, and C (Saint Paul Public School, 2000). This gives the employer the room to exercise control.
