Demonstrate proficiency in psychology by compiling research and information into a Thesis with a minimum of 10000 words. Compile an annotated bibliography to support thesis presentation.
Thesis construction
1. introduction-why you are writing about your subject and why it needs to be written in terms of addiction counselling.
2. review of literature-cross-reference main themes of thesis with things you have read to support your own ideas.
3. Methods- cite any individual or group case studies conducted personally. Information in this section should support idea in thesis.
4. Findings or results- largest part of thesis. Should describe findings as cross-referenced to your unique contributions to existing knowledge concerning topics covered in thesis.
5. Discussion- how your finding could affect society as a whole if presented by professional addiction counselors.
6. Summary and conclusion- present a very brief review of everything in previous writing and support conclusions. Include a few suggestions of work or research of chosen subject could be done by others in the future.
