Current Statistical information must be included in paper, specific Criminal Case must be referenced, where One African American/ or Latino male, and one white male are both being charged for same amount of drug possession, but face different sentencing’s or fines. Include stats for punishable offenses including, Marijuana, cocaine, meth, and rocks in one race/ neighborhood, versus the other. Include information on more expensive narcotics ( cocaine) versus the “black” mans drug, rocks or Marijuana and how different charges are faced by different races.
