– Produces goods or services
– Must involve international business operations
The Case Study Report needs to:
1. Critically evaluate the existing process flows in the operations management and logistics with reference to a literature review on logistics theories. (20%)
2. Describe the logistics and process flows of the case organization operation (15%);
illustrating the internal and external process map(s) using Microsoft Visio (15%).
3. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s operation using tools such as the Five Objectives, SWOT, etc (30%).
4. Suggest improvement for better business logistics and operations management,
identifying the feasibility / limitations for implementation (20%).
