I consider Amazon’s website very customer friendly. The page has a very simple layout, with the more popular items displayed on the home page. At the very top of the page is a search bar, so customers can easily find the items they are looking for.Every customer can appreciate a website that is easy to navigate. I also like the site because making purchases is a very quick and simple process, especially if a customer already has a user account on the website.
