The Customer Molds, Inc. Code is company that was created to provide manufacturing of electronic connectors with accessibility to high quality, high custom molds for creating plastic parts. For the company there other alternative that lay at disposal with the available labour was to assign enough labour to each stage of the process. This would be opposed to the single assignment of the tasks to the master machinist that is considered to lead to late and faulty production of the process. The key factors that ought to be consider when adding the master machinists in the task of identifying and expediting orders, is the right skills and speed. Considering the company’s desire to achieve quality and timely production of the materials, skills and speed as well as enough labour would play a big role in this.

The main objective of this paper that focuses on the Customer Mold is to bring to light that the strategies applied by a company strongly relates to the success of the business. The customer being the main target of the business processes determines the success of the business.
Analysis
The customer Mold Company was involved in business practices that were considered unhealthy for business. It later embarked to clear its name, that it uses cheap labour, by performing various relief services to the developing countries. Consequently, even with cases still being in the court corridors it still registered business success in sales and profits.
Recommendation
Commercial companies should employ business practices that are aimed at giving the company a good name as it is a way of marketing itself. Company also that make attempt to utilize cheap resources for the success of the business may end up one way or the other suffering, as it is a way of investing in the company.
