1- according to Elizabeth Hoisington, one of the firdt women who attain the rank of brigadier general in the united state army says ” women should not serve in combat roles because they are not physically , metally, and emotionally qualified” what do you think about her comment?
2- Sergant Maj, Teri, 25 year old experinced soldier with two master degrees asys “i ‘d recommend the military for women as a great place to learn professional skills which are pretty hard to get and highly demanded the in the civilian world like mechanics, engineering, logistic , and medicine?
3- one female solider says” som e male soliders may challange their female bosses or make jokes before they follow orders,while with male boss above them, they just do it without any questioning” what do you think about this?
4- Accordaing to the department of vetrannes affairs, nearly 15 precent of veterans of iraq and Afghanistan women veterans screened for military sexual assault, many instances go unreported. Do you think increase number of women will prevent sexual assault or cause more problems ?
5- In the recent study shows women have better soft leadership. Soft leadership emphasizes on character, compassion, communication, empathy,persuasion and setting examples. Do you think this soft leadership will strengthen or weaken armed force?
