In the class I was asked and explained to prepare a business plan for a new/existing business, the business plan must contain logistics related service.
There are four options you can choose from I am not that fussy which option you choose as long as I can get this business plan completed.
Please come up with a logistics business plan for a new/existing business that operates within Victoria as per the assessment sheet.
I have also attached a Business plan layout on how the business plan body structure should be; please use this layout for this business plan.
I have also attached an example of excel report where you can use for the sales figure, cashflow, balance sheet, etc.
