Read through the article on RPE and LT. Write a full 1 full page reflection on what you think/learned/expected etc. Single spaced, 1 in margins, 12 font, times new roman. Avoid the common “I think this was a good/bad/relevant study”.
You guys know what the LT is by now and just because being physically fit means you can run/bike faster until you hit your LT does that mean that when it happens you are going to feel different than an untrained hitting their LT?
Does 90% effort in an untrained and trained individual “feel” the same despite very different power outputs?
Is it relative to the individual?
