Establish an argument of interpretation, in which you look at how the literature illustrates the main idea of your thesis statement you created.
Present your argument of interpretation and illustrate at least 3 supporting points with quotes from the literature and primary sources,
study the experience of early colonial women as exemplified by the poetry of Anne Bradstreet. From this larger subject, narrow down your topic to a manageable portion of the general research, with a specific statement of intent.The intent is to write about the home and social experience of English colonian women with evidence from the poetry to support the thesis, and additional support from primary literary resources. Anne Bradstreet’s poetry and life become illustrative of that topic.
Paper must have five primary sources not including the literature itself from The Norton Anthology American Literature book volume A pages 187-214. Please include a works cited.
