Papers will be 6-7 pages in length (double spaced), with APA style references properly noted
1. Material should be well thought out, well-organized, and professionally presented.
2. An introductory section should explain the purpose, content, and order of presentation.
3. A findings section should summarize your literature review.
4. A discussion section should include your personal analysis and observations from the literature review (findings section).
5. A conclusion section should present a summary of your paper with implications, and/or recommendations for further research.
6. Documents should be word-processed and double-spaced, with one-inch margins and 12 point font size.
7. Grammar, word usage, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling should be correct.
8. Papers (including in-text citations and end of paper references) will follow APA rules & guidelines.
9. Anything taken verbatim from the work of someone else must be quoted and referenced. The use of someone else’s ideas must also be referenced. This includes material from journals, textbooks, and the internet. References should include proper in-text citations, followed by a proper reference page at the end of the paper.
10. Papers should include a proper title page followed by a formal abstract.
11. In summary then, research papers should include: Title page; abstract; introduction, findings/discussion, conclusion; and references.
