Education in Japan

Otani Academic high school is one of the best high schools in the entire nation of Japan because of the excellent and quality education that the school provides to the students. In the past three years, I have been a attending classes in the entire school. The participation in the classes has enabled me to improve the level of education. The teachers of Otani Academic high school are dedicated in conducting their duty. In everyday, the teachers ensure that they provide the students with information that will increase their level of knowledge. I personally, I joined Otani Academic high school when I was quite naïve and faced difficulty in some of the subjects. When I joined the high school, I had no knowledge in subjects such as physics and other sciences. I faced a major challenge in my enrollment examination, which was compulsory to all the students.
In the first two years, when I was in a freshman and a second year respectively, Otani Academic high school was a hell of a place. The senior students used to harass us and forced us to indulge into activity that I personally did not like. For instance, in my first years in Otani Academic high school, one of the senior students forced me to give him my lunch meal. This was after denying the offer of giving my jumper to him in the innings. Since the senior student were preparing for a mathematics contest with the other schools, the senior student needed my jumper, which looked clean and appeared attractive.
However, I denied the offer of lending the jumper to the student since he did not borrow the jumped but snatched it away from me. I later decided to report the matter to the teacher on duty that punished the student. I cannot forget the incident since after the mathematics content; the student came for me during the lunch break hour. This forced me to give my lunch meal so that I would escape the punishment that the student was almost beating me up with a group of friends.
Now, in my fourth and last year in the school, the entire teaching panel of the Otani Academic high school is preparing us for the final examination. From the previous records, the school has been performing better in the final examination. For this reason, the teachers are expecting that we continue outshining the other competition students in other schools. The final examination that we are yet to undertake is also a determinant of the grades that we shall attain in the final year in the high school. The teachers are expecting that as the current candidates we must be capable of maintaining the performance status of the school. I have maintained the disciple in both school and at home.
However, the numerous examinations that the school is offering for our preparation for school is what are making me uneasy. Most of the teachers in Otani Academic high school have already completed the syllabus except for the physics teacher. For this reason, all the teachers during the free time will ensure that we are undertaking examinations. This affects the free time that the students are left to study for their own in preparation for the examination. However, the major worry is the physics teacher that expects that the student read prior the teacher. For this reason, he keeps explaining that we ought to have completed the physics syllabus on our own. I am afraid that we might not be capable of completing the syllabus on time before the setting of the final examination. This might affect the performance of most of the students since almost the entire lot is undertaking all the sciences.
In preparation for the final examination, which is yet to come in the end of the year, the Otani Academic high school has ensured that all the students have access to enough reading materials. The high school has ensured that all the students in the final year have access to the vital books, and revision material available. In the current, the teachers have been providing us with enough revision papers that is vital for the preparation of the examination. This has affected the manner in which the students coordinate with the teachers.
The teachers provide the students with enough reading materials that are an indication that the school is ready to ensure that the students excel in the final year. In all the subjects, the teachers have collected the past papers undertaken by students in their final years. The papers have been supplied in groups in every subject in regards to performance. The teachers have divided the students in the entire class according to their ability to perform. This has made it easier for the teachers to identify the difficult areas that are affecting the students in making various decisions.
All the students seating for the final year examination that determines the entrance mark for the students in the colleges and universities will have to be ranked. The ranking by the educational board in Japan is essential to ensure that all the students scoring above a certain pass mark attain the chance to enter into the universities. The students are ranked in accordance to the manner in which the highest attains in every subject. Since we are seating for an eight-subject examination, the student that will have the highest mark in the entire subject will be the number one student in the entire nation.
The grading of the students in Japan is normally conducted in accordance to the grade that the students attain. The highest grade awarded to the highest student is usually an A and the last student is awarded a D. The grading system ascends from A, B, C, D and E respective to the score that the student attains in every subject. For this reason, the highest scoring student will attain an A and the poorest performing student will attain an E. in almost all the examinations that we have been undertaking in Otani Academic high school, the teachers have tried to grade us in accordance to our performance. For this reason, I have managed to maintain an aggregate of A- in all the examination. I am among the most competent students in the institution concerning various examinations that the school has ranked the entire form four candidates.
In regards to the way I have been performing in the final examination, I have decided to pursue medicine in university. However, I am not intending to undertake medicine in Japan since the universities in the institution lack enough reading materials. Most of the universities in the entire Japan nation have no enough medicine facilities for the students. This makes it almost difficult for me to pursue medicine from the school. For this reason, I am intending to undertake the course from other institutions in the worlds such as Oxford and Harvard Universities in the United States of America. This will ensure that I receive the excellent training in the medicine industry that will enable me to become one of the preeminent doctors in the entire world. However, since my mum retired from the teaching industry, I have been facing problems in regards to payment of my school fees. My father, who lives in U.S because of employment, is the only breadwinner of the family. He supports the entire family and caters for the school fees of my two young brothers. This makes it difficult for me to afford the expenses of money needed for my university fees needed. However, my performance will determine the fate of my future academic life.
