The first page of the paper must appear as in this document. The abstract is to be in 12-point, single-spaced type, and no more than 250 words in length. The page format to be used is US Letter Size: 21.59 cm (8.5 in) in width by 27.94 cm (11 in) in height. Margins of 25.4 mm (1 in) are to be used. Paper are to be prepared using Times New Roman size 12 pt font and the text is to be double spaced and fully justified with the exception of the title, author names, and affiliations. paper must be written in the English language and metric (SI) units shall be used.
