Watch the Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Health and Well-Being video. In a three- to four-page, double-spaced paper (excluding title and reference pages), complete the following:
- Discuss whether or not t’ai chi is effective in the treatment of chronic health conditions.
- Identify one or more health conditions t’ai chi is known to treat effectively.
- Discuss how the methods practiced treat the condition.
- Locate research that substantively proves or disproves the efficacy of t’ai chi in treating the identified health condition(s). Support your position with at least two scholarly or peer-reviewed sources, in addition to the textbook and this week’s required/recommended reading. You may use professional Internet sources; however, these sources will not count toward the research requirement.
