a, may add additional CO2, the hydrogen needed is extracted from water vapour and the extracting process need energy, the energy comes from burning fossil fuel, thus produces more CO2 to the atmosphere
b, electricity is not necessarily less efficient fuel, 5 times less energy required to run the same distance, so in the long run, electricity car is more efficient
c, we are not sure about its economic sound in the future, we cannot make exact prediction at the moment, although we already know we needs billions of dollars to set up the factory, but whether the synthetic gasoline is price competitive and whether the factory can make profits to cover the initial costs cannot be known.
