Problem Explanation
The first part of the sentence shows that the speaker is aware of the recipient’s habitual problem of ever complaining. This has been a bother to him and has tolerated with the recipient for a long time, which currently is feeling he cannot put up with the person. At juncture, he has shown the ultimate point to the person in declaring his accommodating efforts of the unhealthy habit which irritates him much. From the speaker’s statement, the person keeps on complaining of work where it appears he has no other thing to speak about except complaining.
The second part of the sentence shows how the speaker has been tolerating the person mainly through understanding. The habitual complaining of work initially, is assumed to be the hectic he gets from the work; either workload or unfortunate working conditions. This has extent beyond the point of understanding and the speaker cannot accommodate his whining any more. The speaker does not place all the blame to the person since he is the one who allowed this to happen. It is through his understanding and accommodating nature which has aggravated to this entire he is experiencing since the person always finds solace in him.
Apart from his accommodative and tolerating nature, the speaker admits, the habitual complaining of the person has increased with time. Since he has entertained the complaining may be known each other or since they met. Initially, the speaker was not frank to the person that his behavior was irritating but opted to keep quiet hoping the person will change for better. This has gone against the hopes held on grounds of changing where it becomes a problem to him.
