Evaluation of the Feminists voices in the West and the Feminist voices in Saudi Arabia about their reaction to a true story which is “ The Girl of Qatif” this girl was gang raped and then the Saudi law sentenced her to 200 lashes. The west looks at this as violating women’s rights and many Saudi feminists activists had the same view. I need this paper to offer a comparison between the western and the Saudi feminist voices concerning their reaction to this story based on what was said in the newspapers and so on. For example, is the tone in the western side angry? Which voices are more effective?. Try to like this to the idea in the postcolonial theories where the west looks at the East as they are Savages and use females as sexual objects.
