You will have to evaluate the potential people management problems a company faces when managing an international workforce.
For example, you will have to explain how Carrefour/Walmart /Tesco or another multinational reach to be well implemented in China/India/Brazil or another country in term of human ressource management.
You have to choose only one country management ressource model (country A: USA, UK, France…) and another one country (Country B: China, India or Brazil…) and show how Country A’s multinational will adapt for the best its human ressource management to Country B, what country A’s multinational will have to do or will have to know about Country B in term of human ressource management, how Country A’s multinational will manage potential problems… : example: different ways of thinking, of working, more or less hours per day to work, how to pay them at the end of the month or at the end of the week ? etc….
All these elements need to be well-referenced and the essay will need to refer to 8 references from managers, management theories… it’s important to make a link between theories and personal analyse.
