Assignment 1: Project Proposal
This is an individual assessment. Students must not collude with each other.
This assessment task requires you to prepare and submit a project proposal of a self-identified area of study related to a coursework unit that you have undertaken in the Master course. The project proposal must clearly outline the background, aims, objectives, expected outcomes and timeframes of the project and must relate to:
• A clinical/professional issue explored in a coursework unit
• A project required in the workplace (for example, quality initiative, health record audit, updating clinical practice guidelines, developing an educational resource for staff or health consumers).
Due date: 17 March 2015, by 5pm
Weighting: 20%
Length and/or format: 2,000 words
Purpose: To demonstrate knowledge and skills in planning and developing an independent project proposal
