the presentation will encompass information about the Federal law on marijuana and Hawaii law on medical marijuana Haw. Rev. Stat. §§ 329-121 to 329-122, and should cover: 1) the content of the law itself, 2) How the laws are applied in Hawaii and how it conflicts with the federal law, 3) How the various laws impact on Social Work Practice, 4) Tie to SW Code of Ethics and 5) An in-class case study application/discussion.
