Running Head: FINAL REPORT OUTLINE

Final Report Outline
The company, Planner ‘R Us, is suitable in the organization of project execution. There initially, there was the management of conference systems, commercial construction as well as software advancement projects. Presently, there is a new project that provides a chance for the application of the project management skills. The University desires to integrate a music festival “Rockin’ Bands.” It be composed of a large number of top level music group and is thought to be able to attract considerations or involvement of several students, local occupants and the fans in the society around.
The company has met the University officials so as to advance on the activities so as to make successful the Rockin’ Bands. Each worker is to be allocated work and is to be completed in a period of 10 weeks which is two weeks before the music festival. Each worker will not be completely utilized but allocated elsewhere. The project aims to limit the amount of money that will be used.
In terms of the bookkeeping objectives, the company is set to charge $200 weekly per worker. There is a chance for any additional worker one is charged $300 weekly though leaving his work undone for Norman’s work. Moreover, in the event the project is long overdue, there is bound to be complications in the last two weeks that enter into the festival. This would result to expenses amounting to $2000 weekly consequently a loss in trust and negative attribution to the whole process.
The last cost that is intended to be considered is the expediting tasks. One is able to allocate an additional worker to a particular task on any week in an attempt to terminate it on a timely point. Take an instance of a job that requires two weeks for it to be done, then you assign two works to do it, this will be done in a week. This will call for more coordination as well as more of the workers to work beyond the time they are required to be done.
When all of the costs are summed up it increases by $100 weekly. The largest number of workers that is allowed for assigning is two considering that an addition from thus will call for more coordination and result to an increase in time. Summarily, only two workers may be allocated to a particular task while only five for a week.
The whole generally consists of certain levels of uncertainty like delays, some more needs or efficiency that may be incurred at any time. The project aims not to lose reputation by attempting to accomplish the task on a particular set time delivery in Planners ‘R Us, the determination is there to plan and make the efficiency possible form the time it begins.
The project attempts to be completed on time at the cheapest time possible, this as a result calls for the well coordination of the workers that perform the varied forms of tasks. However, the project manager is also in an attempt to save his reputation and evade the risk of being late (Zwikael & Smyrk, 2011). If in any case this occurs, it may result to the wastage for the whole project. As a result there are some things that may be changed to avoid this.
There should be a set number of workers working on a particular task till it is done; interference on one task to do another more pressing one would bring in confusion and a lot of time wastage. A well-organized work from the start would lead to saving of cost and time (prosafe, 2010). Since not all projects are 100 percent well organized, there should be a lee way to bring in more workers to save the big image which is the timely attainment of the completion of project for the music festival.
