Give some examples to support your analysis.
Assume that the A-Team will continue for the foreseeable future. Propose three serious alternative organizational designs, or features of a design. Evaluate the alternatives with pros and cons that flow from your analysis. The status quo is not an acceptable alternative. You should consider the strengths and weaknesses of the design or combination of design features that you have chosen.
What do you recommend? Make sure that you restate the organizational design problem, describe the solution, and explain how the solution corrects the problem. Propose a one-year action plan identifying the key steps and actors.
