This paper is for healthcare policy class of a doctoral prgram in nursing. I have attached the instructions for the paper below. The topic I chose is ssues regarding some of the global issues and challenges of nursing as a profession. It is going to be based on a scenario-topic I chose from the our text book called :Taking Action: Ugandan Nurses Leading Health Policy Change (ATTACHED the story below from the chapter -#5 pages). APA 6th ed, 12-16 pages excluding title and reference pages and need to use “Shilton Model of Advocacy” attached as well. Please incoporate the Uganda nurses story and how we could use the same to advocate for health disparities among certain ethnic group.
