Health Care Administration (HCA) has many tiers of management and everyone needs to work together to make medical facilities run smoothly. Due to many personalities in confined work space, this may not always be so easy.
As a potential administrator, give a detailed synopsis of properly transitioning into a position that has issues and needs some help becoming productive again. Explain how to properly handle common problems and steps that new management can take to help correct current issues. Include plans to manage an entrenched team that includes plausible time lines and any other pertinent information.
