The topic if fine but please make sure that you approach it from a management perspective. For example, in the section on “what is effective communication and how it plays a role in teamwork” while it would be fine to briefly describe effective communication, the focus should be on what managers can do to encourage effective communication. Similarly, while it would be a good idea to describe some situations where teamwork is ineffective, you should then go on to write about steps than managers can take to improve teamwork.
Additionally, please verify Is lacking of communication a major problem to impact negatively on teamwork’s performance instead of inability or insufficient effort of teammates ?
