Write a short paper explaining how you foster collaboration among your team. What ideas do you have that could be implemented? How do you empower your team to be high performing?
Your paper should also explain how you strengthen your team. What do you do to build the capacity of your team? How do you invest in and develop your team? What ideas of support do you have? How do you hold your followers accountable? What can you do to hold them accountable?
