The purpose of this assignment is to encourage a discussion of the international issues as described in the news.
For the rest of the course, you will keep a journal of comments on articles from the New York Times. www.nytimes.com or BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/.The journal will be a folder of comments related to the regional geography of the world. Choose articles that would be a valuable addition to the course. The article must relate with geography.
For each regional topic, select one article to comment on. Identify one article that considers the geographic context of an international issue. Give a full citation reference (author, title, New York Times or BBC, date) as follows.
