Reed Richard, Balon Adam and Wright Jon combine both technical and mechanical efforts to maintain the firm (Boddy 73).
Since the three were students at the Cambridge University, it was easier for the three to co-ordinate and run the Innocent drink firm. Reed one of the members works in ensuring that the Innocent drinks were advertised to the customers. It is vital for the organization to advertise its commodity to entice the customers to purchase the products. An additional difference that exists between the Ryanair and Innocent drink organization is that the Innocent drink organizational has collaborative management skills. This refers to the way the operational duties and tasks are operated in specific order. For instance, in the Innocent organization, the decision to introduce a new advertisement project is made by the three management officials (Weiss 117). However, in the Ryanair airport, the decision to make any reforms in the organization begins with top management. The hierarchy system of management is used in the airport to ensure that the expected duties are undertaken to the expected trends.
Can you see any similarities?

In the case of the Innocent drink organization, capital was obtained from the private investors such as Maurice Pinto (Boddy 74). Since the Innocent drink firm needed capital to expand, there was the necessity of the firm raising more funds to aid in the construction of the new offices. The sales obtained from the products were not enough to guarantee for the expansion processes needed in the organization. For this reason, there was need to borrow funds from external sources.
In the case of the Ryanair airport, the Gulf war has affected the number of the people that used air travel to move from one location to a new destination. For this reason, the Ryanair Company faced challenges in raising the fees needed in operating the airlines. The lack of the appropriate customers needed to raise the expected income needed to run the firm affected the operations of the firm. In 1990, the Ryanair firm almost collapsed hence the need to seek for financial assistance from other existing bodies. Loans from the bank were the key source of the external income, which the Ryanair organization used in reformation of the aircrafts. The necessary reforms such as the furnishing of the seats and improved services increased the number of customers using the system (Kelley & Donald 128).
