The bank has a large amount of data on customers and their transactions.
This data can be useful in many ways including understanding customer
preferences, designing new products or providing customized services to
our customers. Examples can be something as simple as a birthday wish
from the bank or more complex like sales call for education loans if he/
she has children around 18 years of age or proposing asset management
products for customers with very large deposit balances to diversify their
savings/ investments.
We are therefore seeking your ideas to use existing customer data for
increasing sales or improving services of various business lines at the bank
such as corporate, retail, treasury, private banking, asset management.
The ideas will be evaluated for their uniqueness/ innovativeness, the
magnitude of impact it will have on sales or service and the extent of
additional investment required (the less the better
